Individual Peer Support

We offer one-on-one Peer Support by appointment for all stages of post-traumatic stress, including immediately following a CISM debriefing or diffusion, as well as for delayed stress reactions. Our focus is on the prevention and early intervention of post-traumatic stress in first responders.

Peer support can play a proactive role in helping individuals navigate challenges that may not be directly related to a specific incident, such as family or relationship issues, financial stress, anxiety, or substance use. We assist in recognizing early warning signs and provide support before these issues escalate.

Group Support

At its core, group support is designed to promote trauma resolution, build coping skills, and encourage self-care. At HOLD FAST, participants gain a deeper understanding of the different types of post-trauma stress.

Our primary group focuses on trauma and grief recovery, trigger management, and the prevention of chronic stress. Guided by trained peer support specialists, you’ll have the opportunity to heal alongside your brothers and sisters in a safe and confidential environment.
